Small diameter seamless steel pipe is used for double-sided submerged arc welding production technology. It product by bending, commissural, internal welding, outside welding, straightening, flat top multi-channel process to achieve the American Petroleum Institute standards. Large diameter thick wall steel pipe used in large multi-steel construction and make the body supporting portion. For example bridge piling, piling seabed, and high-rise building pile.
Small diameter seamless pipes refer to the ratio of small diameter and wall thickness of the pipe. The smallest diameter is up to 3mm and the minimum wall thickness to 1mm.

Cooling method for seamless steel pipe
